Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and age

Using Miraga means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Do not use the service if you do not accept these rules.

2. Services and AI features

Miraga provides AI image generation/editing, video generation, audio creation and fictional character text chat. Inputs, outputs, model names and access providers are described on our public AI services page. AI results can be inaccurate, biased or unpredictable. Review them before use; they are not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report unauthorized access or payment to support@vmiraga.com promptly. Do not sell accounts or share credentials to abuse services or evade restrictions.

4. Credits, billing and cancellations

Miraga uses prepaid credits. The published web packs are one-time purchases in USD, with no monthly billing cycle or automatic renewal. Each pack buys only the stated number of credits; every pack can access the same available image, video and audio creation tools, subject to the selected model, sufficient credits and the Acceptable Use Policy. Buying a pack does not guarantee unlimited generations or a particular output.

Purchased credits have no scheduled expiration while your account remains active. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and are not a deposit or financial product. Promotional credits may have separate conditions disclosed in the offer. App-store purchases follow the prices and payment terms shown by the relevant store.

Images are billed per generated image at the selected model rate; batches multiply that rate by the output count. Videos are billed by model rate per second × selected duration × resolution multiplier. Generated audio is billed at 20 credits per minute: ceil(actual generated seconds × 20 / 60), with a minimum of one credit per successful generation. Each newly generated scene or revision is billed separately; joining already generated audio is not billed again. Audio transcription is free. Audio generation requires at least 20 available credits before starting.

The generation screen displays the task quote before submission. Audio final charges use actual provider-generated duration. The checkout shows the final payable amount, including any applicable tax, before you confirm payment. Changes to future prices do not change credits already purchased or completed transactions.

Closing a checkout before payment does not purchase credits. Closing the page after payment does not reverse a completed charge. A running or completed generation cannot be cancelled to reclaim successfully consumed credits. If generation fails without delivering a usable result, an incorrectly deducted task charge is restored as credits after verification; contact support if an automatic restoration is missing.

5. Refund requests

Within 14 calendar days of a web credit purchase, you may request a refund for its unused paid credits. If part of a pack has been used, the eligible amount is the original amount paid multiplied by the unused eligible credits divided by the paid credits originally supplied. Consumed credits and free promotional credits are not refundable. Refunds required by applicable consumer law remain available.

Duplicate charges, a confirmed payment that did not deliver credits, unauthorized payment claims, or a verified service failure can be submitted for investigation. Successfully delivered generations are not refundable solely because of a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction. Do not spend disputed credits while a refund is being reviewed.

Email support@vmiraga.com with the subject “Refund request”, your account email, order/payment ID, payment date, requested amount and reason. Do not send full card details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days and remove the corresponding unused credits. The payment provider or bank determines when funds arrive; we will explain any additional verification or delay.

There is no recurring web credit subscription to cancel. For an app-store purchase, request a refund through that store under its applicable process. A refund or chargeback removes the associated entitlement and cannot also be retained as spendable credits.

6. Uploads, likeness and voice permission

I confirm that I own this material or have the rights holder’s explicit permission to upload and use it for AI processing. For real people’s photos, video or voice, I have their informed consent. I will not impersonate anyone or create non-consensual intimate content.

You retain your lawful rights in your inputs and grant Miraga and the model services only the permissions needed to process, store and deliver the requested service. Public sharing requires your choice; an upload does not authorize unrestricted public distribution. Keep evidence of permission and ensure your intended processing and publication are lawful.

7. Content standards and enforcement

Pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfakes/impersonation and copyright/trademark infringement are expressly prohibited. Child sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) have zero tolerance. Do not use another person’s photos, video or voice without consent.

We may reject requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts. Fraudulent or unlawfully obtained credits may be revoked; legitimate unused paid credits follow the refund policy and applicable law. The AUP details prohibited categories, moderation, reporting and appeals.

8. Intellectual property and outputs

Software, branding and interface rights belong to their respective owners. You must have the rights needed for inputs and review outputs for copyright, trademark, likeness and privacy rights. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or copyright-protected in every jurisdiction. Commercial use must also comply with applicable model and provider restrictions.

9. Availability and responsibility

Services are provided as available. We do not guarantee a particular creative result or uninterrupted third-party model access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, or our stated refund obligations.

10. Updates and contact

Material changes will be posted on the website, with an aim of providing 30 days’ notice. New prices apply to future purchases or submitted tasks; statutory rights remain available. For billing, refunds, content or account decisions, contact support@vmiraga.com. Reports and appeals do not require an account.
