1. Scope
This policy applies to prompts, reference uploads, character avatars and settings, chat messages, documents, generated images, videos and audio, and shared outputs. Users must be at least 18 years old. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content — six categories
The following content must not be requested, uploaded, generated or shared. A fictional, educational or artistic label does not permit prohibited content.
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, fetish content or sexual exploitation, including synthetic imagery.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, gruesome gore, or content encouraging violent harm, terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, discriminatory abuse or calls for harm against people based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content: sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors, CSAM, grooming, or instructions that endanger children. This includes AI-generated, fictional or age-ambiguous depictions; there is zero tolerance.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive identity simulation, unauthorized face swaps or voice cloning, fraud using a person’s likeness, and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), whether real, edited or synthetic. Do not impersonate real people, brands or institutions.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: materials, outputs, logos or branding used without the required permission, piracy, removal of ownership marks, or misleading suggestions of endorsement.
3. Real-person material and consent
I confirm that I own this material or have the rights holder’s explicit permission to upload and use it for AI processing. For real people’s photos, video or voice, I have their informed consent. I will not impersonate anyone or create non-consensual intimate content.
Permission to possess a file is not necessarily permission to process, publish or clone the person’s likeness or voice. Obtain consent for the intended use and keep evidence of authorization. Public availability is not consent. Never upload someone else’s intimate material, images or voice without permission. Do not upload children’s likeness or voice for sexual or harmful purposes. We may request evidence and remove disputed material.
4. Other misuse
Do not evade safety checks, submit jailbreak prompts, harass or stalk people, disclose private information, generate scams or unlawful instructions, or misrepresent AI output as an authentic recording or the work of a real person. AI characters are fictional simulations, not real people or professional advisers.
5. Content moderation
Where enabled, supported image/video workflows use automated prompt and reference-image checks, together with the safety controls of the model service. Our input-check implementation supports TypeSafe (jev-latest) text screening and Amazon Rekognition image moderation. Audio requests may be rejected by provider safety checks. Coverage depends on the feature and active checks; automated review is not a guarantee that every prohibited output will be detected.
We review reports and suspected violations, may withhold or remove content pending review, and use confirmed incidents to improve filtering. Reports involving child safety, NCII or credible imminent harm receive priority. Do not redistribute suspected illegal material while reporting it.
6. Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity, we may reject a request, remove content, issue a warning, restrict generation or sharing, suspend an account or permanently terminate access. Child sexual exploitation, NCII and malicious impersonation are treated as serious violations. Where legally required, we preserve relevant evidence and report to competent authorities.
Credits obtained through fraud or used for prohibited activity may be revoked. Any handling of other unused paid credits follows the refund terms and applicable law; we do not automatically confiscate a legitimate balance solely because a report was made. You may appeal an account or content decision by emailing support@vmiraga.com with the decision reference and supporting evidence.
7. Reports and rights complaints
Send reports to support@vmiraga.com with the subject “Safety report”. Include the content URL or task/character ID, the category, a short explanation and evidence of your rights where relevant. You do not need an account to report. For child-safety or NCII reports, provide identifiers instead of attaching illegal imagery.
We protect reporter information to the extent possible, review the report, take appropriate action and communicate the result when possible. The same email accepts removal requests and appeals. Deliberately false reports or harassment of reporters violate this policy.
Response and action deadlines are stated below and start when the report reaches our support inbox. An initial response acknowledges receipt, assigns priority and requests any essential details; it is not the final decision.
8. Report response and action deadlines
Child-safety and non-consensual intimate content reports are treated as urgent, including suspected or AI-generated material. Hour-based deadlines use elapsed time, including weekends and holidays. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding mainland China public holidays; our operating time zone is Asia/Shanghai.
Urgent protective action may include restricting access or sharing, removing content and suspending the relevant account while the investigation continues. If verification or a third-party investigation prevents a final decision by the stated deadline, we notify the reporter before that deadline, explain the reason, give a new expected date, and provide progress updates at least every 3 business days. We do not delay urgent protective action while waiting for the final investigation.
- Child safety / CSAM / sexual exploitation of minors: initial response within 2 hours; protective action and a status or decision notice within 24 hours. Confirmed violations are removed and escalated to the competent authorities where legally required.
- NCII / non-consensual sexual deepfakes / unauthorized intimate material: initial response within 2 hours; protective action and a status or decision notice within 24 hours, with priority for affected individuals.
- Other high-risk reports, such as credible threats, serious violence or malicious impersonation: initial response within 24 hours; review and action within 3 business days.
- Other content-policy or rights reports: initial response within 3 business days; review, action and result notice within 7 business days.
